December. The puddings are available
to purchase from 1st October each year.

Tangy Lemon Pudding:
Ingredients:

wheat flour, milk,
butter, eggs, lemons,
raising agent (sodium
bicarbonate)

A rich yet light
chocolate sponge
with a smooth chocolate
fudge sauce
Ingredients:

Sugar, chocolate,
wheat flour, evaporated
milk, eggs, butter,
cocoa powder, raising
agent (sodium bicarbonate),
vanilla extract.

with a ginger wine,
stem ginger and
toffee sauce.
