About Country Puddings

Country Puddings operates from a purpose built kitchen in a converted barn at Lodge Farm, the family home and working dairy farm. It is situated in the typical Lakeland village of Dacre nestling in a valley two miles from Lake Ullswater.

Lynne Mallinson and her team make these delicious puddings and sauces from her Cumbrian farmhouse and combines this with raising a young family. Her husband David runs the family farm as well as helping in the business.

Country Puddings are supplied to outlets such as delicatessens, farm shops, food halls, restaurants etc. across the UK.

The mail order and secure online shopping facility was set up to satisfy the customers who cannot purchase the products in their locality.
